Chargepilot provides chargeback automation tools for Shopify merchants, including evidence pack generation, dispute tracking, and fraud prevention features.

You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Limitations

Chargepilot helps you prepare and manage chargeback disputes, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Payment providers and banks make the final decision on all disputes.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
All fees are in GBP and exclude applicable taxes
You can cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial payment

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Chargepilot are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chargepilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
